Stainless steel wire, precision slit coil or cut to size blanks are all used to cover the needs of any modern Transportation system. Our wire material is used to manufacture grills, mesh filters or simple hooks and fixings.

We have many processes in-house that are designed to suit this sector.

For example, we can slit stainless steel coil to highly accurate tolerances and de-burr blanks. We have machines that slit, wind, shear, edge dress, pack and label, and supplying in line with our ISO 9001:2015 accreditation, you can rely on us to deliver high quality produce that’s fit for purpose.

Furthermore, we can even supply MIG and TIG welding wire and rods in addition to special performance grade stainless steel.

Whilst our main activity is to supply metal for thermal insulation for oil and gas plants, we are also used for many products including precision slit coil, plate and stainless steel wire.

Our Tedlar coated steel PVF (Tedmet) offers the longevity and durability of a coating from one the world leaders on coating technology DuPont.

Now with a growing range of colours.

As an alternative metal can have a coil painted finish PVDF with an amazing range of colours to match any application. Both alternatives PVF or PVDF can be supplied on pre-coated stainless steel or aluminium.

To take these materials even further they can be bonded on the reverse side with either an acoustic barrier (Mass loaded vinyl) or an anti-vibration layer that is an environmental alternative to Bitumen. Applying these coatings saves time during application and can work for preventing noise on metal cladding caused by rain or to improve the acoustics.

Other solutions can be provided such as profile or corrugating of the metal, combined with exterior coatings if required.
